You Can Call Me Ray
I was born and raised in University City, Missouri, a suburb of St. Louis. I am the youngest of four girls for my father and was the only child of my mother. After graduating from U City High School in 1987, I escaped cold winters by attending Florida A & M University College of Pharmacy. Since I enjoyed arguing and loved watching Blair Underwood on LA Law, I decided to go to Florida State University College of Law. After working years as both an attorney and a pharmacist, I realized I enjoyed and excelled most at counseling, which I had to do regularly in both professions. So, I obtained a certificate in coaching then a Masters in Counseling.
By virtue of an abundant and prosperous consciousness of Absolute Good, Raykel has everything it takes to demonstrate, teach and share the riches of Universal Infinite Mind
I am the super single mama of one son, Larenz. Although we look like we could be siblings, I was not a teen mom like most people think when they meet us. Larenz was born during my third year of law school. I thought about naming him Justice, like Janet Jackson's character in Poetic Justice, but then I fell in love with actor Larenz Tate in the movie Inkwell. My son was and still is my motivation for just about everything that I do. I think I felt more accomplished watching my son graduate with honors with a Bachelors degree than I did when I graduated from law school with a Juris Doctorate.
I am an author, entrepreneur, mediator, mentor, motivational speaker, spiritual coach, and workshop presenter. I use my education and life experiences to enlighten, encourage and empower others to live their best lives. I am a God-worshipping, Jesus-loving, Bible-believing, New Thought Christian. I do not profess that Christianity is the only way to commune, serve or praise God. In fact, I appreciate all the ways people find to exhibit the true nature of God. We are all one with God, because God is the everywhere equally presence of absolute good. It is my desire to start a love movement, love of God, love of self and love for all of God's children.
